All Wessex lodges are crafted to BS 3632, the British Standard for residential park homes, set by the British Standards Institution (BSI) to ensure quality and best practice.
Updated in 2015, the standard brought park homes in line with traditional housing, placing a strong emphasis on energy efficiency and making them ideally suited to full-time, year-round living with a reduced environmental footprint.
The latest evolution, BS 3632:2023, elevates this further, enhancing thermal performance, ventilation, and moisture control for a more comfortable living environment, while introducing advanced safety features and greater clarity for both homeowners and manufacturers.
